[Mplayer-users] Transport Streams

I can't say exact date. But... maybe if you check release date of mpg12play
v0.01

hmm.  v0.03 was released 2000 sep 24

(and v0.01 is about a week earlier than v0.03)

So, you can say: it began at middle september, 2000
