I don't protect it, it has it's bugs, sure, but calling it a buggy piece
of shit is exaggerating things. Face it, very few people write mmx/3dnow
instructions by hand in their programs, so it's pretty understandable (for
me) that gcc guys broke support for it at some point and it was unfixed
for quite some time. (or not fixed yet? don't know)

Though I'm too quite disappointed to see Red Hat stick to the old
snapshot. Perhaps there was some incompatible ABI change later.

Does that explain your aggresiveness towards Red Hat? :-)
