output total playing time in header at startup!!!

anaysis of movie (header) without actually playing
max time / number of frames of playing, then automatic exit

start at specific frame (go to previous keyframe and play silently until you
are there)

flag to switch text-output completly off

add -vo pgmpipe support (all files to stdout, stderr or one file) as in mpeg2dec
