Hello!
Yes its the xfre4.03 that has problems with xv.
I looked at xfree cvs page the 4.1.0a is the fixed
xfree version

I compiled xfree4.1+copied the tdfx directory from cvs
to xfree 4.1 tree(dont ask - but if you still want to
know i use a windows box as a proxy - due to
winmodem...)
It works fine now using xfree and i get 30% CPU usage
when playing he Matrix: Trailer 544 X 368, 15.3MB
Sound: 48KHz, 96Kbps MP3 Stereo downloaded from
http://divxwrld.cjb.net/
This is using an amdk3-450 is this good?
Somebody mentioned the were using voodoo3 and tvout(i
have a voodoo3 with tv-out) how does your xfree server
config looks like? Do i need more software to get that
combination working?
