Hi,

I've found why is that AVI so slow with ffmpeg.
It has thin black bands over & under the image, filling about
teh half of the image. I think that ffmpeg doesn't recognize
it and spends a lots of CPU time decoding it...

Gerard told me that there could be done optimization of iDCT
with full zeros. I think it can solve this problem.
