Using I frames only will be slooow.
But you can use I and P frames, with motion compensation. MC vectors
from divx file... so transcoding can be fast, and use low bandwith
to the card. ffmpeg does similar thing for divx->mpeg1 transcoding,
with the -sameq option. btw it's very alpha thing yet, and doesn't use
MC vectors from divx yet. and also TS streams should be created from
VBR PES packets.

yes, i'm living at Budapest.

What is on the card? mpeg2 decoder and sat receiver chips?
