Yes! About this problem I've read in internet (sorry! I forgot the name of that site)
In short: problem was: under MS Explorer some AMD's chips (k6-2, k6-III or some earlier
Athlons-0.25 mkm) doesn't show correctly JPEG pictures (GIF - o'k). This distortion was
like color snow (there was printed a sample of picture). Probably there was solution to avoid
this problem - try to find out in inet similar materials - it may help you.
