Why this ??
first of all, you can!
You can even copy your DVD's you borrowed from someone you know
well. (Or from your local DVD-Video-rental)
There have to be 2 things to be obeyed
1. You may not sell this copy to anyone
2. You may not copy this copy for anyone except:
   a) you are a close friend of this person and
   b) you don't charge any money for this copy
The above things are true as long:
you do not use company secrets (as could be said if you use
libcss)
The copy-protection which was/is used today on many
VHS-cassettes (or on DVD)restricts your rights as shown above.
Thus, you may use a decryption tool, as long as this tool
doesn't contain code which was derived from illegal actions
(Disassembling of legal DVD players)

And after all: if you make your own movie...
why should it be forbidden to put that on CD?
