strange.

and i got this message...

so here comes my notes:

Found audio codec: [mp3] drv:1 (MPEG layer-2, layer-3)
Initializing audio codec...
dec_audio: Allocating 4608 + 65536 = 70144 bytes for output buffer
mp3lib: Processor ID: 631
mp3lib: Using AMD 3dnow-dsp(k7)! optimized decore.
DEMUX_AVI: Read 372 data bytes from packet 62773130
DEMUX: Append packet to d_audio, len=372 pts=0.000 pos=2 [packs: A=1 V=0]
DEMUX_AVI: Read 372 data bytes from packet 62773130
DEMUX: Append packet to d_audio, len=372 pts=0.000 pos=4 [packs: A=1 V=0]
...
(here it reads the _whole_ audio stream from the file)
...
start playing...
but no audio stream (it's at EOF)

So it seems to be a bug in mp3lib, or the audio steram of the file.
Do you have this problem with other files too, or only with this?
You should check/debug why mp3lib reads the whole stream at initialization
(it can't find/sync mp3 header?). Maybe it isn't mp3 ?

Hmm. just noticed at the header:
======= WAVE Format =======
Format Tag: 353 (0x161)

0x161 is id of divx audio, not mp3! but why mp3lib is called then?

maybe you have afm=1 in the config file? (it forces using mp3lib
for audio decoding). or do you have bad codecs.conf...
