0.60pre2 is out.
it's the planned last prerelease before the new-year-release 0.60.
(unless we find serious bugs)

what's new? huh. dunno.
- build fixes
- dvd subtitles improved (stability and pts fixes)
- new options: -alang, -vlang, -rootwin, -npp ... (rtfm)
- dxr3 fixes
- docs updates (including some defucking)
- make install
