Hello everybody.
I'm not quite sure if this is a bug or a missing feature. I want to
use mencoder as a digital VCR to record a TV-program. I'm getting the
program from a satellite receiver and therefore it gets into my
Miro PCTV-Card via the composite1 input. Audio gets in via the line-in
of the souncard. This is working with "avicap" or "vcr", but since they
both use avifile, i would like to get rid of them. :-)
The problem is: i don't get any sound into my divx-captures.
the output of mencoder -v is:
| fussel:~ # mencoder -tv on:driver=v4l:width=384:height=288:outfmt=i420:input=1 -
| vc rawi420 -v

I couldn't find a option to pass the audiodevice to mencoder, maybe
this is a missing feature? It would be quite useful to have sound though.
I'm quite sure, that i R all TFMs, but i couldn't find anything. Well,
maybe i'm just blind, then please enligthen me :-)
regards
Stefan
