i thought of a codec independent realization which only plays w the
decoded frames.

anyway, i have fight club in the following format:
[DIV3]  720x336  24bpp  12.50 fps  410.2 kbps (50.1 kbyte/s)
but i havent noticed that low fps while watching the film.
how come? r me Is so slow? :) but seriously, could it b a
misreported value? is it the same value what the playback
relies on?
