just tested it with *.mpg i have on my hd -> no problems
according to dct-test.c the differece between mine and walkens is tiny so 
there should be no problems with mpeg1/2 because of the larger number of i 
frames which remove any accumulated errors

allthough there could be problems with files which where encoded with walkens 
idct or any other idct with different rounding (for best quality the idct 
used in the decoder must be the same as the one used in the encoder)

i dont have many odivx files afaik ;) ... just odivx.avi from mphq ftp but 
thats a bit short ...
