Problem is: All people with knowledge will soon leave the newbie-list,
leaving behind people with no or (which is even worse), half-knowledge.

Then the newbies will start asking in the pro-list, where they think are
the people with knowledge.

I have seen this beeing tried in many projects mailinglists or
newsgroups, and it failed every single time it was tried.
