[Mplayer-users] divx to mpeg1

Hi,

I use ffmpeg to decode from DIVX to MPEG1. 
Now I'm searching for some syntax options to give with ffmpeg to get the 
following result: 

352 x 288 @ 25 Hz (pal) 
The audio stream must be mpeg-1 layer II, fixed to a 224 kbits/sec cbr with 
1 stereo. Furthermore the mpeg files should be aligned to 2324 byte mpeg 
packet boundaries. 

Any1 got some samples for the cli for me?
