Split documentation.html to small files, with the same name as now.
like BUGREPORTS.html etc. then text versions can be removed.
Documentation.html should have links to these.

Nobody can remember section numbers when answering RTFM here :)

I'm thinking about Felix's idea, removing libavcodec dir from cvs.
(and so move REAME to DOCS/LIBAVCODEC or DOCS/FFMPEG  which is better?)
