[Mplayer-users] Audio sync in differing framerates

You can't...
if you reduce video framerate to 25fps, then audio should be reduced too..

mpegtv (and many other players) uses frame dropping. mplayer can't do this,
at least in its current state. it's a planned feature for future versions,
but not yet done.
