No problem.
First, you must choose another directory for win32 libdir than the default
/usr/lib/win32, since you can't write into /usr/lib as user.
Create a directory in your home and place windows dlls into it.
Then tell configure to use this directory instead of /usr/lib/win32.
You can do this with configure before the compiling (configure --help gives
you some help). Then compile mplayer. You can put your 'mplayer' binary
somewhere and just launch it. Of course some features require root privilegies
won't work (like DGA output video driver). (And of course don't forget to
place codecs.conf into your .mplayer directory in your home).
