http://www.annocpan.org/~DIVEC/Lingua-ZH-HanConvert-0.12/HanConvert.pm</a><br>to convert simplified chinese to traditional chinese. Honestly, the convertion tool is/can not perfect, but I can say the convertion is 95% good.
