Because I have no access to http://svn.mplayerhq.hu/, I maintain my own 
copy of those files in a local svn. So the header of the diff text contains
only the local path of the svn on my computer, which is useless for you.
That's why I stripped the header.

Anyway, I send you the complete diff text here. But I guess you must edit
it before applying it on the MPlayer svn.
