I applied your patches (they didn't cause any problem with "patch" command).

I also had to fix smth in history.xml (no big deal).

Next time, please just do svn diff DOCS/xml/fr > /tmp/my_patch.diff 
(from the root of mplayer source tree), it's much simpler for everyone, 
and that way you won't forget a file.
