To be honest, I'm lazy to try it.  It does not work on my Debian unstable
system, so I have little hope for mphq, which is Debian stable.  We are
just stacking workarounds here, groff cannot properly handle UTF-8 input
and even 1.19.2 does not seem to solve all problems ...
