[MPlayer-translations] Is partially translated man page acceptable?

Hi,All
I have translated for about 30% of mplayer man page (large sections "VIDEO OUTPUT DRIVERS",
"DECODING/FILTERING OPTIONS", "AUDIO FILTERS", "VIDEO FILTERS", "GENERAL
ENCODING OPTIONS" "CODEC SPECIFIC ENCODING OPTIONS" still untranslated).
There is no russian translation at this time.

Can i commit partially translated file (currently in koi8-r) ?
Have anybody objections against this?
