[MPlayer-translations] Please fix some chars in DOCS/ru/video.xml

Ok, that means the characters you use are not available in KOI8-R (or
whatever you use) encoding. Then they probably should be replaced by
&somenumber; entities, I'll try to see how today later or tomorrow. What
chars are these?
