[MPlayer-translations] state of help/console msgs translations

Ok ppl, new release is 'ad portas' and some files on help/ are severily
outdated, its my job to bug you now (to be fair, I should have been
bugging you for the entire month but.. I forgot ;-( ), so here we go:

master file is at 1.243 and im planing to finish applying otvos attila's
changes today so release will (lets hope) ship 1.244.
