1. Use Firefox Add-on MediaPlayerConnectivity ( MPC ) 0.8.3

     Allow you to launch embed video of website 
     in an external application with a simple click



2. Showstopper: Dialogue Message 
    "Media Player / Quicktime / Flash not  installed"


   Work around: 

   use support from 

        http://keepvid.com/


    Copy the link of the page with the video on it 
    and paste it here


    click on the ouput "URL - page"  and get a "modified" pageL

    works most of the time
