[MPlayer-mirror] [mplayer-mirror] ftp.kaist.ac.kr mirror changed IP address

Hello, this is one of the manager of ftp.kaist.ac.kr.
To improve bandwidth of our mirror, we changed IP address from
143.248.234.110 to 103.22.220.133.
Old IP address doesn't have enough bandwidth, so it must be replaced to new
one.
