[MPlayer-mirror] new mirror

Hello,

I have setup a mirror for mplayer.

Although we would prefer to serve as an official mirror, the requirement for
ssh access to our mirror environment is not allowed. I can certainly setup
an email or web based trigger if an alternative is possible.

Our mirror of mplayer is currently located at the following addresses:
