So, I'm think the best way is the set up an virthost in Apache that named
to www7.mplayerhq.hu and an another named to mplayer.etf.bg.ac.yu. Both of
them have to same settings except servername directive.

If a client request a page from www7.mplayerhq.hu or mplayer.etf.bg.ac.yu
it will be get same thing. The fallback name (mplayer.etf.bg.ac.yu) is
good for debugging and testing, and the official name should be used by
everybody in normal case.

My syncs are run by cron at every 4th hours for ftp and every 15th minutes
for web.
