FTP, WWW or both?  If you make an FTP account, please use the default
path, e.g.

ftp://ftpX.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/

not

ftp://ftpX.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/

(notice the capitalization of MPlayer) that some mirrors employ, this
will make my job as homepage maintainer easier.

Also, please subscribe to this mailing list so we can discuss
problems, etc that are of interest to all mirror admins.  Don't worry,
it's extremely low-traffic.
