Thanks, it works for me on 2.6.11 with Matrox G550.

I had to remove 'dev->slot_name + the one [%s]' from printf KERN_INFO
messages (5 places), before if would compile.

In my /var/log/messages I get:-

Which looks good to me, and matches other PCI messages in my log. Probably
another API change!
