[Mplayer-matrox] correct permission for /dev/mga_vid

Not all installations of linux have a group video.

Well.. This is pretty much obvious and afaik MPlayer complains about 
it if it cannot open the device.
(Yes, we actualy assume that the user has some clue how a unix system
works and can debug and solve such trivial problems)
