[MPlayer-G2-dev] release: pre42

Hi,

Arpi said that I'm free to release pre42 and abandon the preXX-alexXX
version numbering ;)

So here it comes, the changelog first:
pre42:
- the same as pre41-alex4

pre41-alex4:
- libavcodec update again
- removed libavcodec/avcodec

pre41-alex3:
- updated swscale to CVS (UYVY support)
- moved bswap.h,mangle.h and fastmemcpy.h to osdep/

pre41-alex2:
- updated libavcodec to latest CVS at MPlayerhq
- added fftheora support
- some updates in NUT demuxer
- fixed a long standing bug in libavcodec config.mak

pre41-alex1:
- added NUT demuxer
- added some missing fields to metadata demuxer
