I changed it to use mach (kernel space) timers instead. It's what Apple
encourages for precise timing. It appears that clock_sleep() is always
a little late, but never early. I ran it on the matrix vcd clip, and
had 9 values which were >0,010 or <-0,005. (Run as root, niced to -20 -
I had many more when running unniced.)

It seems to be largely within those borders, but still fluctuating.
