So someone can implement several subtitle output drivers (sure, the most
natural one for most people is to display "on" the movie or similar),
even like the solution to feed subtitles to external program like a
speech synth software, or to LCD panel or anything :)

Also, instead of a single linked list for storing subtitles inside the memory
during playing should be extended to have even multiple ones, so eg you
can load multiple subtitles at the simetime and switch between them real-time.
Eg for several movies I have multiple subtitles, and sometimes it would be
nice to switch between them without restart mplayer of course ...
