[MPlayer-dvb] On HD Channels no audio!

I hope that is a typo...

More helpful would be the output of mplayer dvb:// -v -frames 1.
Please confirm that you added the audio pid that kaffeine uses correctly 
to channels.conf (post the relevant lines of that file).
