[MPlayer-dvb] Request: Pulldown integration for -vf lavc

Hi all,

you all know dvb cards only handle 29.970 fps NTSC content decently.
23.976 fps content is somewhat jumpy, allthough -vf lavc defaults to
-ofps 29.970 fps. Is there a chance you guys will implement some kind of
proper pulldown, setting the flags in the stream properly, so that the
playback will be smooth?
