[MPlayer-dvb] Dump out on seek

OK, then you may as well remove the partial file 
7HDSample_mpeg_wrapped_in_avi.avi.

I've started uploading 7SD_Sample_mpeg.mpg .
It is an SD stream (50 interlaced fps), and about 90 seconds.
