[MPlayer-dvb] Dump out on seek

I'm currently uploading the file:

7HDSample_mpeg_wrapped_in_avi.avi.

It should be finished in under 4 hours (only 10k up). It is a 90 second 
HD stream (fake HD, 576p @ 50fps, no ac3). You cannot seek forwards, but 
you can seek backwards.
