[MPlayer-dvb] Dump out on seek

it definitely doesn't.

quits immediately on a single forward seek.

(forgot to mention that this is mplayer CVS as of Feb 6)

-mc 0 is an mplayer option, and -noskip is an mencoder option... OK,
trying both... same result.  mplayer exits on any seek forward.
