[MPlayer-dvb] Can't get sound from DVB transport streams

I have uploaded german-dvbt.ts as a sample. By the way, in bringing it to
work I found that MPlayer-1.0pre3 extracts the audio with no trouble,
so some change earlier this year must have brought this about.
