[Mplayer-dvb] unable to ./configure with dvb support..

you must have a linux/dvb/*.h somewhere in your include path:
/usr/include or /usr/local/include or the directory specified 
--with-dvbincdir=DIR.

In your configure.log you will find the reason why dvb support wasn't 
compiled in.
