[Mplayer-dvb] How compile MPlayer with the last DVB driver???

Thanks all, now working (but with another location and
--with-extraincdir=)
If i put the driver in the same location if old version or if i put
driver in /usr/src/DVB, don't work (compilation error with audio mixer
function)
