[Mplayer-dvb] How compile MPlayer with the last DVB driver ???

Why ? It works perfectly right ! Just the naming is behind the time. :

So no 0.9.4 driver found : right

New driver aka HEAD aka DVB aka 1.0.0pre2 aka NEWSTRUCT is found , i see no 
error here. Whats the problem ?
