[Mplayer-dvb] setup mplayer for dvbin

Hi list,
I'm using Redhat 8 with a DVB-S card (Hauppauge Nexus-s) and i need to 
watch tv from dvb card, could you please tell me what's the correct 
mplayer version i've to setup?
I read some doc and i find out that i can be use "mplayer dvb://" 
option. So i think is possible!!
