[Mplayer-dvb] Problem with MPlayer0.9rc3 and DVB output

Yes, this is a known problem with mplayer and the mplayer-plugin (besides
the fact, that changing the volume in rc3 is broken).
Actually, because of this I stoped using the SLAVE mode and switched to lirc.

If this is the patch that comes with the mplayer-plugin, then it is AFAIK
only for enabling a progress bar.
