[Mplayer-dvb] How to best play videos with 24fps

I'm more up to play those videos as NTSC. Would this be an option for you?
As a side note, I'm planning on adding options to the conf file to
enable/disable NTSC and/or PAL. This would help people without a NTSC
capable TV set to play also NTSC videos (and, of course, for people
without a PAL capable TV set to play everything as NTSC).
