[Mplayer-dvb] no volume control since MPlayer-rc3

Hi Arpi,

since MPlayer-rc3 the volume control doesn't work anymore, neither via
keyboard, LIRC nor via the slave mode. If I use -rc1 it works without
problems (I havn't tested -rc2).

Any idea?
