[Mplayer-dvb] ANNOUNCE: mplayer.sh version 0.8.2

As usual, get it from http://batleth.sapienti-sat.org/projects/VDR/

Two main things:

- bug fix: doesn't open a X window when using latest mplayer from CVS
- new feature: can play MPEG files directly without scaling; with this
  option you should be able to hires MPEGs even on very slow computers

For the next release I plan to add the DVD title patch from Sven Goethel
that he posted today.
