[Mplayer-dvb] [PATCH]: dvb_in module fixes

Ouch!  You can hard-code it in dvbin.c, in function dvb_streaming_start.

It was supposed to be a parameter, but the options parsing code is to  be
remade.

I'm sorry you are having all these problems, but please, don't give up (I
need users' feedback to improve the code) :)
